Guild Meetings
Guild meetings are held monthly on the second Tuesday of the
month from September to June.

Each meeting is a social time with
an education portion, members show and tell, and a short business
meeting. We meet at 7:00pm in the Woodside Seniors Club at
411 Woodside Drive, Airdrie, Alberta.

Sew Days
We meet on one Thursday and one Saturday or Sunday each
month from Sept to May (excluding December) at
the Golden Rod Community Hall. 

$7 for members and $10 for non-members.

Golden Rod Community Hall is located west of Airdrie on the
corner of Highways 567 & 772

Quilt ‘Til You Wilt
Quilt ‘Til You Wilt is usually held in November from 9am to
midnight and you need to preregister. For more information,
please see our events calendar or Contact Us.

This is a time to work on projects for the holidays or for yourself.

Registration for this event will be taken at our monthly guild
meetings starting in September with a fee of $20 for members
and $30 for non-members.

Fall and Spring Quilting Retreats
Fall and Spring Quilting Retreats vary throughout the year.

Spring 2025 Retreat being held March 20 to 22
(Thursday-Saturday) from 9am-9pm at the Canalta Hotel,
191 East Lake Crescent NE, Airdrie.

Annual Guild Events
Christmas Party – A Sweet and Savory Appetizer potluck party
is held in conjunction with our December meeting.

May Annual General Meeting – this is our AGM and
every 2 years we vote for our new executive.

June Year End Party – A potluck wind up party is held
in conjunction with our June meeting.

Our upcoming quilt show will be held on….

Past Airdrie and District Quilt Show was held
October 15 – 16, 2022. More than 150 quilts were displayed at
the Balzac Community Hall. Members and the public spent two
great days celebrating quilts and quilters from
all over the province.

The proceeds from the raffle quilts were donated to
Community Links and the Thumbs Up Foundation.
