Here are photos of our creations and of 2 great days we spent with quilters from all over the province.
We were thrilled to finally come together after 2 long years of isolation and celebrate each other.

More than 150 quilts were displayed at the Balzac Community Hall

Sherry Johnson’s Halloween quilt was the crowd favourite at the quilt show! Not only did she quilt the quilt, she hand embroidered every piece.

Congratulations Sherry on a fantastic job well done!

Airdrie Quilter of Distinction 2022

Quilting artist Helen Murphy, who lived in Keoma for 30 years before moving to Airdrie, had 31 distinctive quilts on display for the Airdrie and District Quilt Guild Show. Helen has made over 100 quilts over the past 32 years since she started quilting in 1990!
